In a bowl mix flour, baking powder and all spices.
In a separate bowl mix honey, coconut oil and then add sugar. Mix until blended.
Add the egg and mix everything well.
Now add liquid mix to the flour mix and just combine them. Do not over mix.
Divide the dough into 3-4 parts and wrap in clin film and refrigerate for an hr.
Preheat the oven at 180deg.
Lightly flour the surface and start rolling the dough to half inch thickness.
Use cookie cutters of your choice and cut shapes.
Put them on a parchment paper lined baking tray leaving space in between all the cookies.
Bake for 6-10mins depending on the size of the cookies.
Once baked, cool them on a rack and they will harden.
Now for icing we used royal icing and decorated our cookies.
This is a most fun part for all the kids.
