Officials recommend postponement of 'Bayanihan Bakunahan 2' in some areas due to incoming typhoon

Health Secretary Francisco Duque III along with other officials have agreed to recommend on Monday, Dec. 13 the postponement of the second round of the “Bayanihan Bakunahan” in some areas that might be affected by the tropical storm outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) which is expected to become a typhoon by Wednesday, Dec. 15.
