AAP Vs Congress: Teachers became election issue in Punjab

There is elections in Punjab and the teachers who have been protesting since 2011 have been deceived by the Government. The most painful is the financial condition of the teachers. Guest teachers are being paid a salary of only Rs 6 thousand per month i.e. 200 rupees per day. How they make up for it is another painful story.
