Education Minister Alan Tudge has stepped aside from the ministry as an independent investigation is carried out regarding his relationship with former Liberal staffer Rachelle Miller. Shadow Attorney General Mark Dreyfus says the parliamentary culture should be addressed on both sides of the political divide.
