The family of a Canterbury cyclist who died after he was seriously injured in a country lane, have received a formal apology from police.

Richard Jordan, a lecturer at Canterbury College, died in 2011 and now his wife Sue has been sent a letter, apologising about the handling of the case- Poppy Jeffery explains what took so long.
