Disabled residents left with broken wheelchairs for years

A report has revealed that disabled Kent residents are being left with broken or faulty wheelchairs for years at a time.

Millbrook Healthcare receives more than £6million a year from clinical commissioning groups to provide services and equipment but according to an investigation, the organisation is letting people down across the county.
