A mum from Kings Hill is calling for urgent action after NSPCC figures revealed child cruelty and neglect is at the highest level it's ever been in the UK.
Paula Hudgell's adopted son Tony had his legs amputated after he was so badly abused by his birth parents.
There are now calls for greater awareness of the issue as well as tougher sentences for those found guilty.
