Maidstone volunteers pay tribute to Andre Bent one year after his murder

Tributes have been paid to Andre Bent who was killed a year ago in Maidstone, by the volunteers who fought to save his life.

The 21 year-old was stabbed to death outside Gallery nightclub.

Now, a year on, Urban Blue Bus and Maidstone Pastors, met in the town to remember his life and highlight the devastating impact of knife crime.

Members of the group are still having counselling from what happened back in August and say they hope nothing like it ever happens again.
