Government agrees to amendments in pandemic law bill

The Victorian government has agreed to make changes to its controversial pandemic law. Protestors gathered outside the Parliament to oppose the new bill, which will transfer lockdown powers from the Chief Health Officer to the Premier and Health Minister.
