What Delhi's Environment Minister has to say on pollution?

According to the latest data updated by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), several of its stations across the capital continue to have "severe" category air quality. Supreme Court has also recommended the Centre and the Delhi government impose a two-day lockdown in the city in wake of the extreme pollution levels. Delhi's Environment Minister Gopal Rai had an exclusive conversation with Aakjtak over the issue. Watch this video.
