RAHKI G is turning the big 3-0 and she’s making sure to celebrate in the best way possible. After a difficult year, Rahki admits she’s been in need of a break. She told Truly: “29 for me was a very tough year. I lost my mum, COVID hit, I got pregnant, had a premature child. With my birthday, instead of being depressed, I decided to be grateful and chill.” After taking time for herself without being in the gym, Rahki’s now feeling like she might need to get herself back on track - literally! After meeting up with her friend Mahmoud, Rahki decides it’s time to try something different to get her motivation back, and suggests an extreme workout at Carter Park race track to push herself to her very limits. Rahki added: “I’m calling it my redemption workout because I haven’t really worked out in a while, and it’s just been my birthday. I drank way too much champagne.” But after weeks off from her regular diet and exercise routine... Will she be able to manage her intense track workout?
