Bell pepper in itself enhances the taste of any dish. Pairing it up with egg can take the recipe to another new level. This is the quickest and filling breakfast that will just be ready in just 10 minutes. Lets add more colours to your sunny side up.

Ingredients:
Bell Pepper - 3
Eggs - 3
Salt
Oregano

Method:
1) Cut the bell pepper in ring shapes.
2) Heat Oil In a pan and the bell pepper.
3) Crack eggs inside the bell pepper. Add a pinch of salt and oregano.
4) Let it steam.
5) The pepper poach will be ready.
