The egg salad is the amalgamation of hard boiled eggs and lots of greens. Liven up your boring diet plan with this full on tasty and healthy salad bowl. You may customize it with your own choice of veggies as well.

Ingredients:
Lemon juice- 2tbsp
Vinegar- 3tbsp
Olive oil- 2tbsp
Powdered sugar- 5tsp
Black pepper- 2tsp
White pepper-1tsp
Lettuce
Black and green olives
Cherry tomato
Eggs-4


Method:
1) For salad dressing add lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, powdered sugar, black pepper, white pepper in a bowl and whisk it well.
2) In a mixing bowl add the chopped lettuce, black and green olives, cherry tomato and sliced eggs.
3) Add the dressing and mix it thoroughly.
4) The egg salad is ready to serve.
