Cartoon Network (Canada) having a big glitch! [January 2019]

This happened a few weeks ago in January, but I forget the exact date. around 4pm when The Powerpuff Girls was airing, the channel began to stutter and flicker, with glitched sounds. Later on, the channel had a Technical difficulties screen. and all of the other Corus channels did the same thing (Flickering and stuttering, changing to technical difficulties after an hour) except for YTV, All of the Disney Channels and Nick. YTV worked fine, while Disney and Nick were frozen on black screens. The problem was fixed the following day.
