One-pot egg meal || Shakshouka ||

One-pot egg meal is a quick and spicy way to enjoy your poached egg. The blend of Indian spices gives a rich taste and vibrant colour to your gravy. The tomatoes gives a tangy twist while the chillies add the blend of spicy flavour.


Ingredients:
Mustard oil
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 4 to 5
Chopped onion- 1 cup
Salt
Red chilly powder -1tsp
Coriander powder -2tsp
Chopped tomatoes- 1 cup
Turmeric - 1tsp
Eggs-4

Method:
1) Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped onion add saute it.
2) Add salt as per taste, red chilly powder, coriander powder and mix it.
3) Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric and cook for sometime.
4) Crack 4 eggs on top of the gravy and cover the lid.
5) The one-pot egg meal will be ready.
