"This was taken in my home," the filmer, Angela Hughes told us. "This mostly happens when I'm giving my Chihuahua belly rubs. As soon as I stop, he starts waving his paws to beg for more. My dog always sits up to beg for whatever it is he wants, whether it’s food, a toy, attention, or even belly rubs."
