Crown Melbourne given two years to clean up its act after Royal Commission

Commissioner Ray Finkelstein found that while Crown was not suitable to hold a license, cancelling it would cause considerable harm to Victoria’s economy, and that it was in the public interest for the operator to find a way to turn things around.
