The TNT Tropang Giga now just one win away from returning to the finals of the PBA Philippine cup. TNT now leads the San Miguel Beermen in the semis 3-2 after the Tropang Giga claimed yet another blowout victory in game 5 to regain the series lead.

The Meralco Bolts live to fight another day as they extend their series with the Magnolia Hotshots. Meralco won game 5, 102-98.
