Mildura in regional Victoria goes back into lockdown

Victoria’s COVID crisis is already stretching emergency services, with paramedics in the regions now being redeployed to Melbourne to deal with the increasing demand. A union representing them has pushed back - saying it leaves regional areas vulnerable. Mildura is the latest regional city to be sent back into lockdown, in response to rising cases.
