Facebook Back Online After Global Outage

Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp are back online after a massive global outage plunged the services into chaos for nearly six hours. Facebook which owns the other two platforms has blamed the worldwide outage on a faulty configuration change saying that change interrupted communication between data centers bringing the services to a halt. The social media giant has apologized and says there has been no evidence that user data was compromised.
