Season is a 1989 Indian Malayalam-language crime thriller film written and directed by Padmarajan. It stars Mohanlal and Gavin Packard. The story is set at Kovalam beach in Kerala and Poojappura Central Prison, Trivandrum.The score was composed by #Ilaiyaraaja.
Season is considered well ahead of its time and has a cult status on Malayalam cinema.[1][2][3][4] Often cited as one of the finest crime thrillers in Malayalam,[5] but failed attract enough audience during its theatrical run.
