Ramaphosa speaks on process to appoint new Justice

The president has not outsourced the selection of a new chief justice. Instead President Cyril Ramaphosa says he's insourced the process. He appointed a panel to conduct interviews of publicly nominated candidates. He was speaking at a media roundtable discussion at Luthuli House last night. Courtesy #DStv403
