Politics surges over Kanpur IAS's allegedly conversion video

An IAS officer in Kanpur has been accused of promoting religious conversions and spreading propaganda against Hinduism after a video of him attending a conversion ceremony has gone viral on social media. The senior IAS officer of Kanpur, Iftikharuddin, has been accused of spreading propaganda against Hinduism. The allegations have been leveled by the national vice-president of the Math Mandir Coordination Committee Bhupesh Awasthi. Awasthi has released the video of Mohammad Iftirakhuddin, who is presently serving as the Chairman of UP State Road Transport Corporation. The clip shows the IAS officer attending a religious event in Kanpur. Now, this has heated the politics in the state. Yogi Government is facing various political allegations from the opposition.
