The NSW government has released a three-stage reopening plan which will begin on October 11 for residents who have received two doses of a COVID vaccine. Unvaccinated people will effectively remain under stay-at-home orders until December the 1st. Premier Gladys Berejiklian says at that point, more than 90 per cent of people aged 16 and over are expected to be fully vaccinated.
