Treasurer Frydenberg lays groundwork for net-zero emissions target

The Treasurer Josh Frydenberg has thrown his weight behind the push for net zero emissions by 2050. Mr Frydenberg says it's in the national interest to get on board with the target, warning Australia can't risk being left behind by international markets.
