It is yeast-leavened round flatbreads baked from All Purpose/wheat flour, common in the Mediterranean, Middle East, and neighbouring areas. It is similar to what we call Naan in India. Try this super easy recipe of flat bread.

Ingredients

Yeast 1 TSP
Powdered Sugar 1 TSP
Lukewarm Water ½ Cup

For the Dough

All-purpose flour 1 Cup
Whole wheat flour ½ Cup
Salt ½ TSP
Activate yeast
Oil 1 TSP
