Experts puzzld by UK red list decision

There's confusion and disappointment as South Africa remains on the UK travel red list. Eight countries were removed on Friday, including Turkey and Kenya. South Africans are currently being forced to undergo rigorous COVID-19 testing and have to stay in designated quarantine hotels at their own cost if they want to visit the UK.
