Limpopo health MEC speaks on vaccine and alcohol

The Limpopo Health MEC stands by her view that tavern and liquor store owners have every right to turn away customers who haven't had the COVID-19 vaccine. Phophi Ramathuba warns if people refuse to get vaccinated, alcohol sales could be banned again, as drinking contributes to the spread of the virus. She says alcohol abuse places a strain on the healthcare system. This means people might not be able to access hospitals due to the number of alcohol-related trauma cases. Courtesy #DStv403
