Church leaders and Victorian Govt could head for showdown over mandatory jabs

The Victorian Premier has previously said only fully vaccinated people will be able to attend events and other venues, but it isn't clear whether the mandate will extend to places of worship. Some leaders are worried the unvaccinated will be treated like "modern day lepers".
