Ingredients of Tandoori Mushroom :
Roasted besan - 2 tbsp
Chat masala - ½ tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Chili flakes - 1 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - ½ tbsp
Curd - 1 ½ cup
Mushroom - 200 grams
Oil - 1 tbsp
Onion - half
Red and yellow capsicum - as required
Lime juice - half lime
Mix everything together
Refrigerate for 20-30 mins
line up in the tandoori stick
Add little oil to pan and roast on all the sides
We have added all the excess sauce on the pan but its optional
Fire cook if you need that extra smoky flavor (optional)
