A new lockdown system takes effect in Metro Manila today. With this, outdoor tourist sites in Manila including Intramuros and Rizal Park reopen.
But the recreation venues are operating in limited capacity and the hours are subject to IATF restrictions. For Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat, this is better than nothing as the sector was badly hit by the pandemic.
