Taliban 'increasingly violent' to protesters, U.N. says

U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights spokesperson Ravina Shamdasani said that the Taliban's response to protests in Afghanistan has been increasingly violent, with the group using live ammunition, batons, and whips that have resulted in at least four deaths.
