While many companies resorted to Work From Home (WFH) mode for their staff and employees, those who lost their jobs – including thousands of OFWs brought by the Covid-19 pandemic – continue looking for gainful livelihood.

At the forefront of this changing landscape in the job market is the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.

On September 10, 2021, The Manila Times – the country's oldest and most trusted newspaper and Asia's pioneering English daily – hosts its online forum titled “Resiliency and adaptability at all times or The BPO industry -- bedrock of PH employment through the years” through its Facebook page and YouTube and Dailymotion channels.
