State of readiness for local elections

The ball is rolling toward the local government elections. Government is expected to proclaim the new election day today. The IEC says it's ready to manage the vote, despite earlier concerns over the coronavirus pandemic. One person who knows all about running elections is former Deputy IEC Chair, Terry Tselane.
