SolarCAP's vision is to become the leading provider of sustainable energy solutions focusing on thermal solar energy – while at the same time making thermal solar energy the most environmentally sound and cost-effective source of energy.
SolarCAP is the operating holding company of the VKR Group's business area "Thermal Solar Energy" and among the market leaders in Europe.
VKR Holding is one of Denmark's largest and most respected industrial investors, as well as owner and developer of companies that bring daylight, fresh air and a better environment into people's everyday lives. The VKR Group employs around 16,000 staff.
SolarCAP comprises a number of companies in Denmark and abroad: General Solar Systems (whose major brands include SONNENKRAFT, pro solar and isisun), ARCON Solvarme, Heliodyne Corporation, GREENoneTEC Solarindustrie and EMMVEE Solar Systems. The companies develop, manufacture and market thermal solar energy systems and other energy-saving solutions.
