NASDAQ announced on Tuesday that they have partnered with big banks, including Goldman Sachs ($GS@US)and Morgan Stanley ($MS@US), to create a trading platform that allows for the transactions of pre IPO companies. Private companies, brokers, and investors will use the proposed platform.
