After a face to face consultation with one of our highly experienced therapists, your pigmentation will be assessed and a suitable, bespoke treatment plan will be advised to achieve optimal results for your unique skin.

Pigmentation appears as dark patches of skin like sun spots (lentigo), freckles, melasma, post-pregnancy mask, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

The cause of discolouration is most often sun damage, hormonal changes from contraception, pregnancy and hormonal therapies, affecting the cells which control pigment, known as melanocytes.

Our laser treatments emit extremely controlled length and depth pulses to selectively interact with unwanted melanin. These multiple wavelengths gently exfoliate and remove the pigmented skin, essentially raising the layers of discolouration to the surface of the skin to be eradicated.

The laser technology also penetrates the skin to activate its metabolism of skin cells to spark collagen production. Treatment varies for each individual depending on how deep or stubborn the pigmentation, resulting in the choice of laser and the number of treatments advised to accomplish results.

To maintain results, it is important to apply SPF, daily, to prevent further exposure from UV rays.
