The Taliban have now taken control over the majority of areas in Afghanistan including the capital and the largest city- Kabul. The Taliban is set to return to power in Afghanistan once again after 20 years. Meanwhile, Afghans on Thursday defied the Taliban by holding protests in various cities, including Kabul and Asadabad.
