Man Slips And Falls Into Water While Jumping Off Of Algae Covered Concrete Slab

This man wanted to jump into the water. He stood on top of an algae-covered slab in the middle of the lake. The man wobbled to keep his balance but slipped and crashed hard on the platform and fell into the water.
