Relief packgage for busnesses affected by looting

The Department of Trade, Industry and Competition has put together a 3-point-75-billion-rand package. It's an industrial loan meant to help businesses impacted by the looting in KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng in July. And the goods news...the loan is set to have a zero percent interest.
