राजनीति में अपराधिक उम्मीदवारों से जुडे़ मामले में Supreme Court ने मंगलवार को बड़ा फैसला सुनाया. जिसके बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले में सुनवाई करते हुए अपने फैसले में आदेश दिया कि अब उम्मीदवारों के ऐलान के 48 घंटे के भीतर राजनीतिक दलों को Criminal Record की जानकारी सार्वजनिक करनी होगी. दरसल सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राजनीतिक दलों के आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड वाली गाइडलाइन्स को और सख्त किया है और अपने पुराने फैसले में सुधार किया है. देखिए वीडियो
