In Uttarakhand, water started coming down from the mountain on the road. A car came in the grip of these strong waves and started drowning. The traffic came to a standstill on both sides of the road where water was flowing. A major accident took place in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. A large part of the mountain collapsed and fell.
