ECQ confusion? QC barangay officer says 'no vaccine, no quarantine pass'

A barangay officer in Quezon City tells a woman getting her quarantine pass on Friday, August 6, that only vaccinated individuals could get such a pass.
The QC government has not cascaded such a policy. Its press release on August says said that it only prefers that a fully vaccinated individual be the one to receive the quarantine pass in a household.
Ricky Corpuz, barangay and community relations head of Quezon City, tells Rappler that the desk officer in Barangay Central at the time was only unaware of the actual policy. He says the incident was an "isolated case," insisting they ramped up information dissemination to barangays prior to ECQ.
