Victoria's first day of zero COVID cases dashed by new case in west Melbourne

The day began on a high with no new COVID cases reported in Victoria, for the first time in weeks, but the celebrations didn’t last long. A new case popped up in Melbourne’s west. It came as the government continued its push to ramp up the vaccine rollout.
