Vic. records four new local cases, all in quarantine while infectious

Victoria is continuing to see a drop in COVID-19 cases, recording four new local cases in the past day. However, health authorities are warning restrictions won't ease further until all close and casual contacts are cleared to ensure Victorians are safe.
