Degi Mutton Yakhni Pulao Recipe

Ingredients:

For Yakhni:
Mutton - 600g
Fennel seeds - 3 tbsp
Coriander seeds - 6 tbsp
Garlic pod - 1
Ginger - 1 piece
Onion - 1 sliced
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Black peppercone - 8
Clove - 4
salt - 1 tbsp
Water - 3 to 4 glass

For Pulao:
oil - 1/4 cup
Bay leave - 2
Black cumin - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 1
Black cardamon - 2
Star anise - 1
Black peppercone - 12
Clove - 4
Onion - 3
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tbsp
Green chilli - 6
Curd - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
Fried onions - 1/4 cup
