दिल्ली में फरवरी 2020 में हुए दंगों (Delhi Riots 2020) से जुड़े एक मामले में दिल्ली पुलिस (Delhi Police) को हाईकोर्ट (Delhi High Court) से झटका लगा है. दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने बुधवार को प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने में विफल रहने के लिए दिल्ली पुलिस की आलोचना वाले निचली अदालत (Lower Court) के आदेश पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया। हालांकि हाई कोर्ट ने कहा कि निचली अदालत द्वारा पुलिस अधिकारियों पर लगाए गए जुर्माने की 25,000 रुपये की रकम को अगली तारीख तक जमा करने से छूट दी जा सकती है।
