Delhi Police detains Congress’s Randeep Surjewala, Srinivas BV outside Parliament

Delhi Police on Monday detained Congress general secretary Randeep Surjewala, Youth Congress chief Srinivas BV, and some party workers outside Parliament as they took out a tractor march in support of farmers protesting against the Centre’s three farm laws.
