Environmental and social awareness have always been on Danfoss’ agenda. Danfoss joined the Global Compact in 2002, which increased the focus on labour market issues, the environment and human rights even more. The policy on Social Responsibility (CSR) was agreed within the fra¬mework of the Global Compact. The policy deals with Dan¬foss’ attitude to and work concerning the principles related to human rights and labour market issues.
