Incessant rain lashes Mumbai, 15 dies in Chembur landslide

Incessant rains caused waterlogging in parts of Mumbai and its suburbs, affecting the daily commuter's movement in several parts of the city. Due to heavy rains, the railway tracks and streets were also waterlogged. Meanwhile, 18 people were killed in two different incidents of wall collapse due to landslides in Mumbai's Chembur and Vikhroli areas. While the injured have been taken to the hospital, a rescue operation by the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) is underway. Twelve people lost their lives after the wall of a house collapsed after a landslide following incessant overnight rains. Watch this video.
